Toyota Hilux Diesel

G'day

Thought I would give you my 2 cents worth my beast.

She's a Jan 06 Hiulx SR5 Manual T/D. Clocked over 90,000 kms on it already but is still a great car.

Have changed the wheels / tyres from the standard 15" Toyota wheels to 16" ROH Chrome RTX with Maxxis 225/75R16 Bravo MA751 Tyres. Don't know if I am that happy with them as I am due for new ones tho have done less than 70k on these ones!

Other Mods I have done so far: Cruise Control (not avail from Toyota in manual), Safari Snorkel, Tuff Bar BullBar, Ute Liner, GME TX 3400 UHF and HAD 240 Blitz Lightforce Driving Lights BEFORE someone decided they liked them even more and since then an Mongoose/Toyota Alarm Upgrade!

Yet to do: New Lightforce driving lights, Upgrade Leaf Springs / Shocks, Turbo Timer as I always forget, Re-Tint my windows darker and Umming and Arghing about a Hard Tonneau (on my last one it was handy, but was a pain in the ass to get off when needed also you loose a fair amount of space around the roll bars with the 'permanent' piece that sits around it.

Bumma about the lights. Did you know you can get anti theft lock nuts for spotties. When you are ready to replace your lights just let me know. I can get any Lightforce lights at a competitive price and get the lock nuts for you as well. The lock nuts are about $33.00

When you upgrade the springs and shocks are you going to lift it. You have a pretty mean looking machine and by lifting it would finish off that look.
